The unique qualities of the Mucon Iris Valve make it the ideal solution for controlling the discharge of materials from flexible intermediate bulk containers or Big-Bags. If configured correctly the concentric opening of the Iris can be used to safely release the big-bag neck tie string and then control the floe into process. The valve can even be used to isolate the bag for safe removal whilst still part full.
